Quick answers

Fire alarm questions

Can you replace my old fire alarm panel?

Often, yes. Napco says FireWolf panels support legacy conventional devices and existing wiring, which can help with retrofits. We check your devices and wiring before quoting.

Our fire alarm still uses phone lines. What are the options?

A communicator such as the Alarm.com Fire Communicator can connect to most existing fire panels through the phone-line connection or relay outputs and send signals over broadband and LTE instead.

Do you monitor fire alarms?

Yes. TBM partners with National Monitoring Center, a UL-listed central station, for 24/7 fire alarm monitoring. See Monitoring.

Do you service systems TBM didn’t install?

Call us with the panel make and model, and we’ll review your existing system and explain your options. More answers are on our FAQ page.
